The West Neptune Homeowners Association, Inc. (WNHOA) is a non-profit corporation situated in the Township of Neptune, County of Monmouth, NJ and incorporated in the State of New Jersey. We hope the information presented at this site is useful to you.
Mission Statement:
The mission of the WNHOA is to act as a unified non-political body in matters dedicated to the welfare and progress of West Neptune, its residents, and the Township of Neptune as a whole.
Membership:
Active membership is open to any owner of real property (vacant land or house) situated within the boundary lines of West Neptune. Active membership is also open to any person or persons renting a home or residing in a home situated within the boundary lines of West Neptune.
West Neptune is defined as any property which lies west of New Jersey State Highway, Route 18 and is contained within the Township of Neptune, as shown on the official tax maps held by the Clerk of the Township of Neptune. (click here for a map view of West Neptune.)
Application for membership may be submitted to the 2nd Vice President or Treasurer along with the yearly $10 dues. Upon submission of an application satisfying the residency requirements set forth above, along with the yearly dues (not prorated), the applicant shall be deemed an active member of the Association.
